Shipping / Postage

All Skincare & Consumable Items will be sent via 48hr registered post, this will be with Royal Mail or Parcel Force. You will need to sign for the item at the time of delivery. Providing your item is in stock we ship items Monday – Saturday 6 days per week. Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the next working day. Postage is now FREE of charge for all UK orders. Once your item has shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number via the email address you provided.

If we anticipate any delays with your order, we will contact you via email and update you accordingly. 

International shipping rates are as quoted at checkout.


If within 14 days of purchasing any product, you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us, for a full refund of the purchase price and effectively cancel the order. We will refund you the full purchase price, minus any shipping or postage costs.

You are free to open, use and try the product, but you must return the remaining unused product in its original packaging, including all parts as necessary.

If you purchase a product that you believe to be defective, please return it within 14 days of purchase.

Please note, that customers purchasing the Marine Aqua Facial 900 system, will not be able to return their products using this process, please contact us for further information.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, with damage or missing parts.
  • Any item that is returned after 14 days and is not defective.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have requested a refund, and have not received it after 7 working days:

  1. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be liable for returns that we do not receive or that have been lost in the post.

Please note, we do not accept in-person returns, all items will need to be sent through the post or via a parcel courier.
